On January 1, 2008 I place a custom order for one diaper from Candy at BizzyBHive. She emailed me on January 2 and informed me that the custom wait time was about 5 weeks and made sure that was okay with me. I told her that was fine.
On January 29 I emailed her asking for at ETA with no response
On February 4 I emailed her again and got a response that there were 4 people ahead of me, and that she would not be able to ship my order until the following Monday. I told her that was fine.
On February 27 I emailed her again asking for an ETA, she responded that she was working on a large 6 diaper order and that I was next on her list and she expected to have mine out by the following Wednesday.
On March 20 I emailed her AGAIN to ask for an ETA. At this point she responded on March 24 that she no longer has time to sew and will be issuing me a refund. I asked her to please reconsider as I had been patient and really wanted to try this diaper and she refused to reconsider and sent me a refund.
I will never do business with her again. |

Candy is one of the last of the true Hyena diaper makers. Every product that leaves her hands is perfect (even her seconds seem perfect to me). We currently own four of her diapers and now this new cover. When we got this cover in the mail yesterday my DD hugged it and said "I love it!" I haven't used wool wrap style covers for a year because we were having problems with them, but this one has changed my mind. The cashmere is so, so soft. And the two layer construction makes it ideal for night-time wear. The embroidery is gorgeous without a stitch out of place. I can't say enough good things about Bizzy B Hive. |
