Customer service: brandi was great about emailing with me and very prompt with fabric suggestions for my boys. the bags arrived within a few days.
Product review: the bags are very well constructed and look professionally finished unlike others i have seen through the years. these bags have 40 small items inside along with small clear beads to make it a challenge to find them. there is also an attached and hard laminated list of items in the bag to spy...she even offered to put a ring of beads inside with the boys names on them...that was a huge hit! the boys have had these for several months now and play with them constantly...even with the constant handling, they are holding up beautifully. i want to get her new 'all white' bag for dh...he will love the challenge. |
