Hyena Cart- November 5th 2006

Semi Custom longies in the retro/50's colorway
Customer Service: not good.
I emailed her before i even purchased the semi custom spot to see what the turnaround time would be. Was told 2 weeks at the most. I was told they were shipping approx Nov 18th. Then on November 29th i get an email saying that there isnt enough yarn to make the size i need and asked if there was alternate measurements i could have.Finally on Dec 19th the longies were shipped. I get them a couple days later and the sizing was completely wrong from what i told her. I sent them back the next day and she recieved them right before Christmas. She offered to make me a new pair and sent me a link to a folder with yarns to choose from. There was also a pair of finished capris listed, so i asked if those could be made into longies. All they needed was a few inches in length and an 1 1/2" in rise. I was told they would ship the weekend of the 13th. on the 14th I got an email saying they were washing that night and shipping out on Tuesday, January 16th. I have gotten no longies and i have emailed her SEVERAL times with no response.
This is by far the worse transaction I have ever been in. the communication is terrible. I had to email her every time for an update, and it would take several days to ever hear back. I understand things can come up so turnaround times can fall behind, but i ordered these in the beginning of November and i still dont have nothing, when i originally told it would be a max of 2 weeks.

The customer is completely correct. I dropped the ball in mailing the item out to her. I have since recitified the situation (before I knew that she would be leaving negative feedback).
