International Shipping

I would love to see an additional two sections under shipping (where we have Priority and Flat Rate) for International shipping. It would make life so much easier to be able to add the additional cost there instead of having to create it under a category for each listing. If we could have a section for Canada and a section for "Everywhere Else International" that would be fantastic! :D
