Policies

Purchase price is a deposit towards the final price of custom work.  Full payment is due prior to starting work.  I will send an invoice w/in 3-5 days prior to starting work.

My goal is to provide you with a handknit item you will love. Color Pooling will be avoided as much as possible. Many variables are involved when creating One of a Kind handknit items with Handdyed yarn, it is what gives the item its character.  Pooling of colors occasionally cannot be avoided depending on type of yarn and size of item.

Items may be returned for defect in garment unworn, unwashed up to 2 weeks from date received.  Color Pooling is not considered a defect.
