NEVER: Try to edit the HTML code, this may result in loss of data on your site. If you ever accidentally delete the HTML code please contact me and I will help you to restore you site.
All fees are one time, and I offer a free of charge service anytime you need me to fix or adjust your site. This is offered to all of my customers who have a small quick fix problem on there site. I once deleted some of the HTML code on my site and I could figure out what happened. I save all components of your site so I can restore your store to original working order. (I do ask for a small fee if you need me to change or seriously fix your site.)
Ella Gene isn't responsible for any images that are provide by customers, if you provide a copywrited photo or image and I use it on your site I will not be held responsible. Ella Gene strives to create original art work that may only be used if you have purchased, or have permission to use it. All rights are reserved.
Customs can take up to 1-2 weeks for the finished product. I will be contacting you through email so please make sure you have the correct one listed, or please put the correct one in the comments at checkout.
You will need to reply promptly and quickly to email. The quicker you reply the fast your design will go. Prompt email responses are key to the design of your store.
If I contact you several time and I get no response with in a week I will move on to the next customer, refund you and cancel your order.
This is my policy if you ask me to go against it I will ask you to read it! I will not go against my policy, not for anyone. So sorry! I have gone against my policy in the past and it has come back to bite me in the butt. I think it is unfair that I go out of my way to help and get negative feedback for not being able to fix the problem, even if I go against my policy.
Please do not leave negative feedback till you have contacted me, I would like to solve the problem before any abrasive action is taken. Leaving negative feedback will result in being flagged and banned from my site. I always strive to make my customers happy, and I will try everything in my ability to help!
If I do not email you back with in two days resend your email, I may have not received it! I am a mom and a member of a rather large family, I often have family visiting. I also get really busy at certain times of the year. Please understand that I will try to respond to your emails as quickly as humanly possible!
