PoliciesAs the mother of two exclusively cloth-diapered children, I know that
quality is important in the items we use on our children. I have
chosen the products I sell because they work for me, and I bring years
of experience and personal attention to every item I make. If a
problem should arise with your purchase within 30 days of receipt,
please contact me at drfreckleandmrshyde@gmail.com so that we can work
together to find a solution. I am happy to repair or replace at my
discretion any item developing snap issues within 90 days of receipt,
please contact me at the above email address.
Please note that
due to the personal nature of the items I sell, refunds and/or
exchanges are not possible due to reasons related to fit. Please do
not wash diaper covers, fitted diapers, or mamapads with chlorine
bleach or conventional fabric softeners, as these damage and/or coat
the fibers and doing so voids any warranty. If you have any questions,
please contact me!
I am happy to ship internationally. International orders will be invoiced the actual cost of shipping after checkout. Please email me for an accurate shipping quote before checkout and I will work with you to find the most cost-effective shipping method to your country of residence!
Shipping insurance is not included but is available and recommended as I can not be responsible to loss or damage to any item once it has been mailed.
