PLEASE NOTE:  Propolis can create an allergic reaction in individuals that are severely allergic to bee stings (those that suffer from anaphylactic shock, not just itching or hives).  In 8 years of selling our Bee Balm salve, we have had one report (March, 2009), of a negative reaction/irritation of eczema.  If you are purchasing our Bee Balm Salve for eczema, please do a test patch on the inside of the wrist after making certain that the child or adult is not allergic to bee stings or otherwise sensitive to bee bi-products.  If you have any doubts, please do not purchase this product.  Thank you.

Propolis is sweet smelling, with an almost medicinal honey scent. Other ingredients in this salve include beeswax and sweet almond oil. It is a very simple, yet very effective formula.

This salve is very moisturizing and healing. I can attest to its properties in helping to quickly and gently heal a first degree burn on my arm a few years ago. I have used it on a surgery scar with much success. I used it during pregnancy for stretch marks. My husband used this salve to treat a deep wound above his eye, and there is barely a visible scar left. We have used this on our baby girl to heal and prevent diaper rash. I have had customers report its effectiveness for eczema, deeply chapped and cracked skin, callouses, insect bites, and more. Of course, propolis will never be tested by our FDA or the pharmaceutical companies, as it is not profitable for them. But the proof is in the propolis!
