Payment: I only accept PayPal payments. You can pay with either
your credit card or from your bank account through PayPal.
Non Paying
Buyers/Bidders: I reserve the
right to block non paying buyers. Placing a bid on an auction, entering a drawing
or clicking the "Buy it now" button indicates a commitment to buy. If
no payment or communication is received within 4 hours the item will be
relisted.If for some reason your bank
reverses payment on me from PayPal, your money will be refunded to you and the
sale will be cancelled.If this happens
after an item has shipped you will be blocked.
FFS YYMD Drawings:While I respect that we are all busy people, if you enter and
win a FFS YYMD drawing I expect that you have yarn or can obtain yarn to ship
to me in a timely manner.If you do not
have yarn, you may purchase yarn from me at normal yarn pricing costs.However, I expect to receive your yarn within
4 weeks of your winning.If prior arrangements
have not been made you forfeit your spot on my dye list.If you send your yarn anyway, it will be
returned to you undyed.
Shipping: I will only ship to the shipping address noted in PayPal,
there will be no exceptions. I ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.If the item is over 8 oz Priority Mail will
be your only option at checkout.Items that
are in stock will ship within 3 business days. Since cost effective printing
options are not available on International orders, it may take up to 5 business
days to ship, because of me having to drive to the post office to ship the
order.
Please consider
purchasing insurance. I cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged
in the mail.
There is a shipping
option for Canada at the checkout.For all
other International orders please contact me prior to purchase to discuss
shipping options.While I have no
problem shipping internationally I do want to make sure that I ship these
orders the safest most cost effective way. I will not ship your package until
shipping is paid.
Returns:Returns are accepted
for unused unwashed items. Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted if the
item was used or washed, or if the item was ruined due to incorrect use or
washings.
Sizing information
is added to each listing.Returns are
not accepted for improper fit.Please
check sizes and measurements before purchasing.
Please contact me
within 72 hours of receipt of item to make arrangements for the return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item has been
received by me then a refund will be issued.
From time to time I will list an item that has some minor errors - such as a
stitching imperfection or something that is just not up to my standards.
When I list these items they will be listed at a steeply discounted rate.
Because they are seconds there will be No Refunds or Exchanges!
Custom Yarns:By ordering Super
Skinny Skeins or a Custom Colorway you are purchasing custom items.Customs will ship approximately three weeks
after payment is received. This is subject to change if there is an increase in
orders.Terms for each custom will be
included in the item listing. I hand paint all of my yarns. When requesting colorway, based off of a previous colorway photo, please keep in mind that while the colors in a particular colorway will always be the same, the way in which I paint the colors and how much of each color will vary from what you see in the pictures. I am letting you know this so that it will not come as a surprise that your colorway did not knit up the same as someone elses.
Communication, Weekends
& Major Holidays: Please note that in
addition to running this business, I am a mom and full-time college student.Obviously, as I am sure that you can
understand, my children always come first.There may be times where my little ones do
not feel well or just need some mommy time.These days are dedicated to them.Sometimes I have term papers due and I need to concentrate on those as
well.This does not mean that I do not
value your business or take pride in the fact that I am running a business.But my family and education must take some
priority.While I do make every effort
to get your items to you in the timeliest manner, sometimes things do
happen.Thank you for your
understanding.
I do not have a lot
of time to email updates to you every day while your custom order is being
processed.However, I understand that
you want to know where you are at in the process.There is an order update
link on the side navigation of my cart that will give you order
updates and when your custom order moves within my process it is always updated
here.If you are curious about your
order status and require more information than what is given on that list

sometimes at my computer and checking emails and PMs on the various diapering
