Store PoliciesPayment: Payment is accepted via Paypal only. Orders are not considered final until payment is received. Items are automatically taken out of stock once payment is received, so delaying payment could result in losing out on the item you wished to purchase. Any order placed that is not paid for within 48 hours will be cancelled.
Shipping: I will gladly combine shipping for multiple items purchased on the same day. Insurance is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended as I can not be responsible for items lost in transit. Unless an emergency comes up, I will ship your items within 1 business day of payment receipt. For e-check payments, I will ship within 1 business day once payment has cleared. If your order is delayed for any reason, I will let you know as soon as possible. Custom orders will require additional time to complete and ship. See individual product details for estimated completion times. International Shipping: International shipping rates are estimated for First Class International. Please contact me before you order if you wish a more accurate estimate based on country, or if you wish items shipped Express or Priority International (which will increase the shipping cost). Otherwise, if shipping paid is higher than actual shipping costs, especially in the case of multiple items with combined shipping, then I will refund the difference. Please make sure that the 'International Shipping' option is selected for accurate pricing when checking out. If the incorrect shipping is selected, an additional invoice will be sent for the balance owed in order to ship internationally. International items will be shipped out on Fridays and Saturdays, as these are the only days I am able to actually take packages to the post office.
Returns: Please do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to return an item, especially if there is an issue with the quality. Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but in general I will accept returns on any unused items and issue either refunds or replacements. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of item.
Customer Service: Again, feel free to contact me at any time in regards to your order. I do work a full time job outside the home, but I check my e-mail several times throughout the day. Barring any outside emergencies, I should be able to respond to any messages within 12 hours.
