PoliciesGeneral Information All items are hand crafted with care and with great attention to detail. Seams are all reinforced and professionally finished. All fabric is pre-washed to avoid shrinkage.
All items are created in smoke free home. Everything is made to be worn, yes we realize they are beautiful, but first and foremost is the quality and functionality. Unless otherwise stated, everything can be machine washed and dried although I do recommend line drying, to extend the life of your items.

Purchasing Information
All items must be paid for within 24 hours from the time your order is placed or you must contact me to tell me you are sending a USPS money order or check. All orders still outstanding will be restocked after this time. I accept PayPal, Personal Check or United States Postal Service (USPS) Money Orders. If paying with a Money Order or Check, please contact me immediately after purchasing. Please note I will only ship after payment clears this can take 2-3 weeks from the date I receive your check. No temporary checks will be accepted.
If an oversell should occur, I will decide on a case-by-case basis if I can recreate the item or if I will refund. This decision will be based on my time and materials.
Gift Certificates now available, customer is responsible for all shipping/handling and insurance costs using the gift cetrificate to place an order
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Only unwashed, unused merchandise will be accepted. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is for a defect. I cannot accept returns on undergarments, such as bloomers, (all styles), split slips or slips. In addition, I also cannot accept returns on custom items.

Errors in listings will be dealt with in the following ways. If the error is a pricing error (i.e.: human error, where the item was listed for far below the value), I will expect the customer to accept that we all are human and capable of mistakes, therefore paying the correct price for the item. Second, if the error is a sizing (i.e.: listed item is a 3-4, but really measures a 7-8) error I will remake the item, if possible, or refund the purchase price. All other errors will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
I reserve the right to blacklist any customer as I see fit. I also reserve the right to cancel a purchase from a customer as I see fit.
Shipping & Handling
All items will be shipped USPS, included in the shipping price is the price of the tracking. This makes the shipping Priority Mail I highly recommend insurance. Once I send you the tracking information then I am not liable for missing or damaged items. If your order totals $200.00 or better before shipping and handling email me for the code to receive your free shipping. All in stock items will be mailed out within three (3) days of purchase. All custom items will be created and mailed within two to three weeks of receipt of payment and confirmation of measurements and/or size, unless specified in the product listing. Be sure to send the required measurements to me, when ordering, failure to do this will delay your order.
I ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays . |
