The nitty gritty is listed below. The bottom line is that
our goal is happy parents and comfortable, happy kids! So please ask
any question, request clarification or invite us to brainstorm with you
about your unique Beneath the Rowan Tree creation.
Purchase & Shipping

We ship from CANADA.
Most items ship as 'light packet' and take 7-10 days.
Faster options are available, at your request and expense.
We happily combine shipping.
Listed Shipping rates apply to the USA & Canada
unless otherwise noted.
International customers, please inquire

Purchase Refunds, Returns & Concerns:
If you are concerned with the quality or workmanship of an item contact us immediately.
New items must be shipped back to us within five days (in the mail in that time) of receiving the item.
Refunds (minus return shipping) will be made through Paypal
once the item arrives back to us in the same condition it went out.
Down the road, if you have issue with an item, contact us to discuss your concerns.
We do our best to describe items thoroughly,
including the size, colour and measurements. We do not refund for size
or colour issues. In some cases exchanges can be made.
Ask about sizing, colour and for more pictures if you are uncertain about an item before purchase.
About the Items/ Item Care:
Allergy Alert: We
do have a dog. He does not wear the clothing, but he is present in our
home. We do not use any scented products (detergent etc) in our house
due to sensitivities and allergies.
Customs:
We love to do custom work, as time allows.
We can do customs in wood, silk or cotton~dyed, painted, you name it!
Be sure to consult our Gallery for past work to give you an idea of our range.
You are welcome to provide your own clothing blanks or choose from our in stock list. We will special order, if you are willing to wait on the postal service!
The timeline for custom items, or items that must be
dyed/painted to size specifications, is generally 7-10 days (dyeing,
batching, drying, painting, curing, shipping) and we do try to be
mindful of water consumption and wait to dye until we have sufficient
items to justify the water use.
If you are in a rush, please do let us know, otherwise expect your items to leave our house
within 2 weeks of confirmation of custom details.
The confirmation of custom details (size, colour,
design, personalization etc.) is your responsibility. It is up to *you*
to make contact with us about your ideas. We will not begin your custom
item until we have agreed up on the details.
Discussion is free, unless you have purchased a custom slot, the $10 for the slot being non-refundable.
100% of the cost + shipping is due before the item is dyed or painted.
We will run the finished product by you (pictures) before shipping to ensure you are satisfied.
