The prices listed are for animated banners.
I do not have a limit on the number of panels or pictures, aside from the actual limits of ad spaces themselves. I do prefer that photos to be used be edited and ready to use (photos already in use on your site are just fine).
Photo editing will be an extra expense as, and if, needed, due to the time involved. The pricing reflects the time involved, if I feel that your request will exceed that by a significant amount, we will discuss this up front, but this would be a rare situation.
