First Class shipping usually arrives within 2-9 days, however it can take up to 14 days. (The USPS will not track shipments until 14 days have passed.) ** I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE SHIPPING INSURANCE FOR YOUR ORDER. ** I am not responsible for your items once they have been delivered to the post office. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS ~ Please make sure that you follow these washing instructions for your painted shirts. * Turn Shirt Inside Out* Wash in Cold on the Gentle Cycle* Hang to dry RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS ~ Returns will be accepted on all unworn, unwashed in-stock items within 30 days of purchase. You will receive your refund in the form of a PayPal refund or a store credit for the price of the item. You will not be refunded for the shipping charge and you are responsible for shipping the item back to me. Refunds will be issued once I receive the returned items.Custom items cannot be returned unless they are truly defective. They cannot be returned due to change of heart or the shirt not fitting. I will confirm the design, shirt color, and shirt size prior to painting.All *seconds* are sold as is. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.Please contact me via e-mail before returning any items.
 ABOUT OUR SHIRTS ~ All Bella Wub shirts are 100% cotton. They are all washed prior to painting and again after they are painted. You can get a shirt in almost any color. Once you have purchased your custom shirt spot, I will send you a list of the sizes and colors that are available. If you do not see the size you need please let me know. I am sure that I can find it for you. I can also paint on onsies, bibs, and bucket hats. If you have an idea and do not see it on my site please feel free to contact me.
All of our painted shirts are painted by hand. They are not stamped or stenciled. This means that there may be some imperfections of the paint, making each shirt a true one-of-a-kind!
Our crystal embelished shirts feature genuine Swarovski crystals. They are hot-fixed to the fabric so that they form a permanent bond and are almost impossible to remove. My Bella has a number of shirts with these crystals on them and she has never been able to get one off!
Once your shirt is ready to ship it will be packaged in a plastic drawstring bag to protect it while it travels to you. It will also have coordinating ribbon so that your Bella's & Wub's really feel like they are getting a treat! If the shirt is a gift, it can also be wrapped in tissue paper so the recipient cannot see it right away.
It is so much fun for me to make these shirts for you. I hope that you enjoy your shirt as much as I enjoyed creating it for you.
