Anything sold as a "Baby Bird Bath Works" product from another site/extension or under a similar company name is not an original Baby Bird Bath Works product.

Do you accept RME?
Yes we do please e-mail me to arrange payment through RME.

How long does it take for orders to ship?
All in-stock orders will ship within 3 business days of payment. (We are usually able to get them out the next business day though.) If for some reason it would take longer for your order to ship you will be notified via e-mail. We recommend adding insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes, e-mail me if this is something you are interested in. However cold process soap does require a long curing time and if I do not have what you want on-hand it could very likely take up to two months before your order is ready to ship to you. Other things like lotions, lip balms, and bath salts do not take nearly as long and your items should ship within two weeks. If there is something specific for your custom order that I do not have on hand I will keep you updated if it looks like it will impact the time line on your order.

I live in the Des Moines area, do I still have to pay shipping?
No, please e-mail me prior to placing your order and I will let you know what you need to do.

I do reserve the right to refuse local pickup and in those circumstances shipping would need to be paid to receive your order. If this should happen you would be notified via e-mail and would have the option of canceling your order with a full refund.

Can I return my order?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is a problem please e-mail us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

There is a problem with my order or I am unhappy with it?
Please e-mail us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Why is the boy in the picture standing in his toy box?
Because the best toys are always on the bottom of the toy box! He fell in trying to reach for something and couldn't get out! Great mom that I am, once I knew he was ok and was reasonably able to control my laughter, did I get him out? Nope. I had to take a few pictures first. Don't feel too bad for him though, this was the first time he did it so he looked a little bewildered but after this it was pretty much a daily occurrence.
