These adorable upcycled cashmere shorties are embellished with a sweet Needle Felted Sea Horse on the right leg. They are made from a wonderful soft merino sweater, a nice light weight for summer!  Waistband is made from natural colored wool interlock blend to maintain stretch and offer the perfect fit!
