Policies

If you are unhappy with your order, or you simply changed your mind, you may return it within 5 days of delivery (except for custom designed accessories, rush orders and clearance/sale items , no returns on these designs). It must be mailed USPS Insured Priority mail. You must pay the return shipping charges, and a 25% restocking fee will be kept per order. You MUST email us first to make sure your items are returnable, and you will be given a code to include with your returned items. Items that arrive without prior approval will be mailed back. You may be required to provide a copy of your wedding invitation. Please email or call us first with any questions or concerns, we'd like to try to make you happy. If you receive a free item because of a sale, it must be returned with products you are returning.


* For Bridal and Jewelry Only - 

Please keep your bridal jewelry in the box! All bridal items are guaranteed for one year from breakage because of craftsmanship if they are kept in their boxes. If something breaks because of craftsmanship, please return it to us and it will be fixed immediately and mailed back to you (express mail if it is before your wedding, and priority mail if it is after your wedding) at our expense. Silver is a soft metal and can be bent easily. Try not to re-bend your tiara anymore than necessary, this weakens the molecular structure of silver, causing it to become brittle. Breakage because of mishandling and abuse cannot be refunded.  It will be repaired at your expense. It is up to the sole discretion of Adora Bridal to determine the reasons for breakage. Please keep all of your jewelry in its box when you are not wearing it.

All Bridal items are insured through the USPS.
