A note about Customs: I will not re-create another artists' colorway. You may request colors and yarn type, but I will not try to create a replica of someone else's hard work. I suggest that if you are looking for a replica, that you contact the original artist directly.

Used or unsellable items cannot be returned for any reason, and we reserve the right to refuse any return. Returns must include all original packaging and sales receipt. Clearance yarns and "Seconds" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange - all sales are final. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please note that monitor colors may vary. I try to display pictures that capture the colors as accurately as possible, however, I don't have control over individual monitor settings and displays. If you have a question, please do not hesitate to contact me for further explanation and pictures. I will do my best to accomodate.
A note about scented wool care products: We strongly discourage the use of scented wool care products. Evidence has been shown that properly set dye can bleed when scented products are applied. For this reason, we do not accept returns on yarns that have bled due to the use of scented products.

How long do custom orders take?
Approximate shipping time for custom dyed yarns is 2-3 weeks. Please be aware that this is an approximate timeline and various factors will effect the time it takes me to complete your order. My family comes first, so they take priority over all orders. Orders are filled in the order they are received. Other factors include the availability of yarn, number of items ordered, and delays due to weather and holidays.

How are yarns dyed?
All yarns are dyed by me. I use various methods, including hand dying, hand painting, and kettle dyeing. I use only professional washfast and lightfast dyes, which have been thoroughly tested to prevent fading and excessive bleeding. I take great care to prevent color bleeding, however, minor bleeding may still occur. If this happens, please contact me for possible solutions to this problem. All yarns are gently washed using a mild, scent-free wool wash and are air dried. If you would like your custom yarn washed in scented wool wash or without, please let me know at the time of order placement.
