WIGGLEBUNZ CREATIONS STORE POLICIES ORDERING POLICIES
In the event that any item in the cart should oversell, the item will be sold to the first person who carted it. A full refund will be issued to anyone else.
At the moment, I do not offer gift certificates, but I plan to in the future.
I will honor all pricing, should there ever be a typo or any error in a listing.
SHIPPING POLICIES
In stock items will ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment. All items are shipped via Canada Post, and all include insurance, unless otherwise stated. I try to keep the shipping costs reasonable. Bear in mind shipping does cost a little more coming from Canada, but I have taken that into account in product pricing. An email will be sent to the buyer when an item ships.
Items will be shipped to the address provided in your Paypal account. Please take the time to make sure this information is up to date before purchasing and paying for your items.
If an item is lost in the mail, I will take appropriate steps to file a claim with the post office. Refunds are quite slow in coming, so should the situation ever arise, I will look at each case individually, and make decisions accordingly.
Again, all items are shipped from Canada, and may take longer to arrive. Items will be deemed as lost 4 weeks after the ship date.
Americans please select the USA shipping option. These items will be shipped via Canada Post Light Packet OR Surface mail.
International customers please select the International option. These items will be shipped via Canada Post Light Packet OR Surface mail.
Canadian's please select the Canadian shipping option. Items will be shipped via Canada Post lettermail OR Expedited Parcel.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
I want all of my customers to be happy with their purchases from beginning to end! Please ask all questions before your purchase, to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings. If there is anything you are unhappy about, please do not hesitate to contact me!
At this time, returns/refunds will not be accepted unless there is a defect in the workmanship or a misrepresentation in the listing. These items must be returned in new and unwashed condition, within 2 weeks. Shipping charges are fully refunded if the error is mine. All refunds will be processed when I receive said item(s).
Fit issues are not considered a defect where measurements are in the listing, or provided by the customer. Custom-made items and second's items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Color matching issues are also not considered a defect. All computer monitors have varying shades and may look different from mine to yours. I try to be as accurate as possible, but I cannot be responsible for what you expect the item's color to look like. I am happy to send more photos if that will help you!
All patterns and cottage licenses are non-returnable and non-refundable.
PAYMENTS
Paypal is my preferred method of payment. Please be sure your address is current in your Paypal account before purchasing.
CUSTOM ORDERS
For custom items please check the item description for specific time frames on completion. Please refer to the available standard size chart and tips on how to measure your baby to help with the measurements. Email me if you have any questions!
Deposits are non-refundable. Any customs not paid for within 2 weeks of completion will be sold. Upon sale of said item, your deposit will then be refunded.
LOTTERIES/AUCTIONS
From time to time, I will run a lottery or auction. I expect contact within 72 hours of lottery/auction end to complete the transaction.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to me! Any and all information collected will be held strictly confidential and will not be shared anywhere.

ABOUT ME
My name is Charlene. I am a SAHM to 2 beautiful girls, ages 6 and 3. I have been married for 14 years to a wonderful, supportive husband. We are a Christian family who are passionate about attachment parenting, co-sleeping, extended breastfeeding, baby-wearing, home-schooling and of course, cloth diapering! We strive to make choices for our family that are good for us and the environment!
I learned how to crochet shortly after the birth of our oldest daughter, from my Mom, and was instantly hooked! When I began cloth diapering, I discovered that I needed something better for night-time as my heavy wetter would go through everything! And so I discovered wool......
I enjoy a challenge, so I designed my own wool soaker pattern. After about a years worth of trial and error, lots of tweaking, and getting the help from several testers (thanks ladies!), the Wigglebunz soaker, longie/shortie, and skirtie patterns were born!
The name Wigglebunz was inspired by my oldest daughter, who took her first steps at the age of 8.5 months. She would "dance" as hard as she could while holding the edges of the coffee table, so as to keep upright! She was a wiggly one, and still is:-)
I love being creative and making pretty things, as my store will reflect.
