POLICIES
Tweedlebee & Tweedlebum accepts payments through paypal. If payment is made be E-Check I will not start on your item until payment has cleared.  . Payment is due within 24 hours of your purchase. After this time, if no payment has been made and I have not heard from you, I will flag your order.

 

Shipping
Items are mailed to your PayPal transaction address, so please be sure it is up to date.  If you would like your purchase sent to a another person, please add this address as a gift address to your paypal account before purchasing.  All items are sewn in a smoke-free home.

 

Return Policy:

Due to the custom nature of TBTB I do not take returns, nor do I offer refunds once the order has been placed.  However, I will replace or repair defective merchandise, this does not include sizing mistakes on the buyers part.  

 

Custom Orders:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for small custom orders, for larger orders of 3 or more diapers please allow 3-4 weeks.
