A fun cheery set for your little bear!
Size small shorts made from extra soft heavy weight, 95/5 wool/lycra blend hand dyed in Lime Green. These are a comfy, relaxed fit. These are non-cuffed style with coverstitched hem for a neat appearance.
Also included in this set is an American Apparel 100% cotton short sleeve lap tee in size 6-12 months. It has been hand dyed in a pretty shade of aqua and has been embroidered with a cute panda on bamboo. The embroidery is backed by soft mesh to protect tender young skin.
Wool interlock is very stretchy, these sizes are all approximate.

waist size 13" to about 21"
thighs of at least 11.5"
shorts inseam of 3" flat
rise is about 16.5" with 9" in back and 7.5" in front
