Payments
The Pampered Tush accepts payments thru Paypal.
Shipping
All in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of my receiving payment. Custom orders will ship when completed. I ship using USPS First class for items up to 13oz.and Priority Mail for those over 13oz. Delivery confirmation is included on all orders. I strongly suggest that customers purchase shipping insurance. I’m not responsible for items lost in the mail. Items will be shipped to the address listed in the Pay pal transaction. Please check that your Pay pal mailing address is correct.
Returns
If you are not happy with any item, please let me know and I will do my best to rectify the problem. I take great pride in what I make. In the event there is a fault in construction, I will remake the item or offer you a comparable replacement.
I will accept returns of new, unused, items within 14 days for a full refund minus shipping. Please put delivery confirmation and insurance on your package. Remember if I don’t receive it I can’t refund you.
