First time orders
If this is your first order with Strawberries 'n' Sunshine Diapers, please only order one diaper to ensure a proper fit before purchasing more.
Payment
I accept all forms of Paypal (with this service MasterCard & Visa are accepted) or Money Orders. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase and your order will not be started until your purchase is paid in full. Instructions for paying by Money Order will be provided by email upon completion of your order.
Shipping
Instock items will ship out within 24-48 hours from receipt of payment in full. I ship out custom orders as quickly as I can sew. If I have more orders than I can make in a reasonable amount of time, I may, at times, limit the amount of custom order slots available.
I keep my shipping & handling costs low to provide you with the most cost effective method to save money. However, the USPS has recently increased their prices and as much as I hate to do it, I must increase as well. Any purchase can be shipped First Class unless it is heavier than 13 oz, then it is bumped to priority.
Shipping will be either USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Flat Rate, or 1st Class Mail and will be broken down as follows:

**Due to recent postal problems (I myself have had packages sent me, lost), I suggest that all orders over $20 to purchase insurance for a reasonable fee. Insurance is $1.65 for up to $50, $2.05 for $50-$100 purchases. This covers your order for replacement in case of a loss during transit.
Insurance is available for an additional fee and must be purchased at the time of checkout. I am not responsible for lost items in the mail once they leave my home.
International shipping will be calculated by weight and packaging and a separate email will follow with payment instructions. If you would like special shipping, please email for availablity and fees, and I will try to accomodate your need.
Return Policy
I will work hard to provide a quality product that you will be happy with. On rare occasions, there may be a reason that a return will be necessary. I will accept returns made within a 10 day period and with prior notification via email. The diaper must be in New/Unwashed/Unworn condition. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be made in the same form of payment that I originally received. If the diaper or other item has a defect, you may return the item, and I will either repair as necessary or issue a store credit for a new item. If you are placing a large order of 3 or more diapers/covers and you have a concern about sizing, please only order one before ordering more. All items are handmade and custom and I take pride in doing my job well, and still having time with my family thus I want to make sure that you will be happy with the size you are in need to fit your little one. Please note that the same material may not be available and it may be necessary for you to choose a different fabric. "Berrily" Worn and Seconds will not qualify under our return policy unless I have misrepresented the item. I will detail any defects up front to prevent any misrepresentation issues.
Layaway
Planning ahead for a new baby or keeping a tight budget ...then my layaway plan may help you get the stock of diapers that you need. Orders totalling $50 or more are eligible for my layaway plan. 25% of your order must be paid up front and will be NON-refundable. Balance must be made with 60 days of the date of your order. Your order will not be made until payment is paid in full but your fabric choice will be held in your name. If your balance in full is not received within the 60 days, your fabric choice will be returned to stock and made available to other customers.
