Our PoliciesPayment options~
We accept PAYPAL, RME, and US Money Orders. If paying by RME please choose Check/Money Order when checking out and contact us so we can invoice you through RME. Payment is due within 24 hours of purchase. If you choose to pay by US Money Order I will allow 5 business days to receive payment.
Shipping~
- You have a choice of First Class or Priority. We will gladly combine shipping. We suggest you consider purchasing insurance which is located in our Accessories category. We are sorry but we can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
I will ship to Canada, please contact me for a new invoice with adjusted shipping charges.
I normally ship within 2 days, unless package is going to Canada or is a custom order.
Refunds~
Sorry, but we can not issue refunds. We would be happy to issue exchanges or store credit for defective items (as in stitching comes apart or other mistakes on my part). The items returned must be in new, unwashed, unused condition. We can not refund shipping charges. All exchanges must be done within 30 days. All sale items are final.
Please keep in mind that most Stitchblade items are made from vintage fabrics and sometimes may have discolorations or signs of aging. This adds to the character of my designs and are not considered a defect. All items are also made in my home one by one and not by a robot, I am human and there will be character in all of my items. I happen to think I sew a pretty good stitch, but no one is perfect. I also am not responsible for reactions that may come from wool use.
