Policies and Information
All in stock items will ship with in three business days of receipt of payment. Business days are Monday to Saturday. I try my best to correctly calculate shipping. I will refund overages more than $1.00 when I package your order for shipping.
Due to the heavy weight of some items (play dough) shipping may be over charged at check out when ordered with other smaller items. I will refund any overages over $1.00 when I package your order for shipping. You may also request an invoice with exact costs prior to sending payment.
Delivery confirmation is not included in the cost of shipping but you may purchase it.
Insurance is not included in the shipping cost. I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the USPS. You may purchase it.
Please contact me for a shipping quote for international shipping.
If you live in the Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA area you may arrange to pick up your items at no shipping charge. Please let me know when ordering.
All prices are listed in USD. I accept paypal. I do not take e checks.
Products are not removed from stock until payment has been made.
I will accept returns of new, unused, unwashed items within one month. Please contact me with any questions as soon as possible.
After one month I will be to happy to discuss a replacement or exchange with you. Please contact me to do this.
After 60 days I will not accept refunds or exchanges.
Shipping is non-refundable.
I cannot accept returns for custom quilts or keepsake blankets. Other custom items will be considered on a case by case basis.
