• Insurance isn't included in the price of shipping, it's your responsibility to purchase insurance if you want it.
• Refunds are given only if the item has been grossly misrepresented.  I cannot be held responsible for your mis-measurements. 
• All items come from a smoke free/ pet friendly home.  We have 1 Jack Russell puppy :)
• I'm not responsible for the purchased item once it has left my hands at the post office.  All items are shipped via USPS with DC.
