One Size Diaper Measurements
The Stage 1 Diaper will fit approximately 8-40lb. This will be the diaper of choice for a majority of children and can very easily last from birth through potty learning.
These are comparable in fit up to a size Large diaper on my sized diaper chart below.
Stage 2 Diapers will fit approximately 20-65lb. These diapers are quite large and will fit much older children. Great for older toddlers and preschoolers as well as children who are 5+ who have bedwetting issues or other various issues. If you tend to have larger than average babies (such as I do with a few of mine!) then these diapers will work great for you from about age 9 months on up.
These are comparable in fit up to a size XXL diaper on my sized diaper chart below.
These diapers have lots of s-t-r-e-t-c-h so please keep this in mind when ordering. You can view my size chart to determine the best fit for your child.
(Sizes are approximate and they will overlap to ensure a perfect fit on your baby or toddler.)

All of our diapers are made to be a custom fit on your baby’s unique shape. Please note that the sizes listed here are approximate measurements. Every baby is different. Please refer to this size chart and check your child’s measurement to determine the best fit.
Newborn (umbilical snap down feature)

Nursing Cover Sizing
Our nursing covers come in two size ranges to help ensure complete coverage while spending that special time with your baby.
Size 1 fits best on those who wear up to a size Large clothing.
Size 2 fits best on those who wear up to a size XXL clothing.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I determine what size to get?
You can measure your child with a flexible measuring tape. These can be obtained at a local fabric store or most supermarkets. You will need to take measurements with a fairly trim diaper already on your child.
To measure the waist you measure around even with the belly button.
To measure rise you start at the belly button and go down through the crotch area and back up the back and stop even with the location of the belly button.
To measure the thigh area you will measure where their current diaper sits on the thigh area.
Take these measurements and view our Sizing Chart to decide which diaper would fit your child best. If your child is on the borderline, I would suggest choosing the next size up.
2. How long can my child wear one of Punkin Doodles Diapers before needing changed?
Your child should be able to wear the diaper for at least 2-3 hours. Every child is different…some are heavy wetters, some light, some are super soakers! Two to three hours is not guaranteed, just a good estimate based on all my previous testing that was done. With a fully stuffed OS diaper, you are almost guaranteed overnight protection!!!
3. I've tried getting a good fit using the instructions but I'm still having issues...what is going on?
If you have tried all the tips and pointers I have given but are still having issues with leaks and/or gaps, please email me at PunkinDoodlesDiapers@hotmail.com and we can discuss further what the problem might be. It could be you possibly ordered the wrong size (i.e. you ordered a Stage 2 and you need a Stage 1) You can also call me at the number that is listed on my business card. I don't mind phone calls at all between the hours of 8am and 9pm CST Monday through Friday.
We will discuss the problem more in depth and come up with a solution. I’m always here to help and make sure my customers are 100% satisfied!
