**All fabrics used have already been prewashed and dried on hot to minimize/eliminate shrinkage.I set out to make a highly absorbent yet trim diaper specifically for heavy wetters and super soakers and it has been accomplished!! No more wet beds in the middle of the night and no more changing every 30 minutes!

We are also excited to announce our newest addition...our Simple Steps Prefolds! Made with the same luscious fabrics as our fitteds only now with the option of a prefold!I am so
excited to be able to offer such a unique and wonderful diaper to fit
any size child, from birth through several years old!! A wonderfully absorbent Simple Stages One Size
Diaper System will fit from birth through potty
learning and even beyond! And as always, our diapers are Turned and Topstitched for a more comfortable fit on your little one to prevent
any irritation on their delicate skin. My diapers are cut trim in the
crotch area yet allow plenty of coverage everywhere. A great fit all
around. The front folds down to acheive a more custom fit and can be snappi'd or pinned. Or if you prefer snaps, we now have them as well! A
lot of moms and dads would like a good One Size diaper that absorbs
really well for their baby or toddler but have a very difficult time
finding one that fits good and absorbs enough. Some find diapers that
fit great but they do not absorb enough and then there are other
diapers that absorb well but just don't fit right or create too much
bulk. It is a vicious cycle! The new Simple Stages System will help a lot of
mamas and daddies find the best of both worlds. A fantastic trim fit
with enough absorbency to hold even the heaviest of super soakers!! So
instead of buying several sized diapers, you would only have to
purchase up to 2 different diapers to fit any shape and size to last
you from newborn stage through toddlerhood! This makes cloth diapering
much more budget-friendly.And to add to the budget-friendly
style, these diapers can be transformed into wonderful diapers to use at night by simply purchasing an additional "Nighttime"doubler. These can be used to give you an additional six
layers right where you need it for
extra absorbency! For just a few dollars more you can have the
ultimate nighttime solution or even a daytime solution for super
soakers...without breaking the bank! What Our Diapers Are Made OfAll
of the fabrics we use (except the outer fabrics unless noted) are
Organic Bamboo-rayon and are certified. They are also shown to be free of
lead. You are getting luscious high quality fabrics in these
diapers...no skimping here!The BodyThe
outer fabrics we use are a varitey of knits in all kinds of fun prints
and colors. Some are organic bamboo-rayon too!! These will be noted in the
product descriptions. New prints are added quite frequently. (Our sized diapers which are offered as customs only are made with either knit, woven or minky outers.) A hidden layer of organic bamboo-rayon double terry in between the outer knit and the inner OBV.The
inner fabric (the part that goes against baby's skin) that is used on
all diapers is a luxurious organic bamboo-rayon velour in natural color. I
also have Limited Edition colored organic bamboo-rayon velour available. But
get them while you can...they are limited!The Soaker and Doublers
All soakers and doublers are snap in for quick drying and a more thorough cleaning.
The
Basic snap-in soaker pad is made up of six layers total divided into two sections for quick drying. Four layers of
organic heavy bamboo-rayon fleece, a hidden layer of organic bamboo-rayon double
terry and a top layer of luxurious organic bamboo-rayon velour.
The
Daytime snap-in doubler consists of three layers total, two layers of organic
heavy bamboo-rayon fleece and a hidden layer of organic bamboo-rayon double terry.The Nighttime snap-in doubler consists of the same layers as the Daytime doubler but is made longer and is rectangular in shape.Used
alone with the Basic this combination gives you 8 thirsty layers of
absorbency. When you combine the Daytime doubler with the Basic setup,
you will get 11 layers! Add on the Nighttime doubler for a total of 17 layers!!! And it still maintains a trim fit
considering the amount of bamboo-rayon that's stuffed in there!! Perfect for
super soakers and even better for a nighttime diaper...all without
costing a fortune! All snaps are hidden for baby's comfort. *Please note on the Simply Snap diapers the only exposed snaps are those on the wings which typically never touch baby anyway.Please
keep in mind that the more layers you add the less the rise will need
to be folded down to compensate for the additional layering. What Is Included?1)Three layer body with two sets of snaps to adjust the soaker with the rise2)Six layer snap-in soaker pad with hidden snaps3)Additional 3-layer "Daytime" snap-in doublerHow Do I Use This Thing?The
initial response I received during my testing phase was "wow, that is a
lot of bamboo!" It is a lot of bamboo-rayon but it is serious absorbing
material for serious wetters! This diaper is not like most other OS fitteds you may have used before. The Simply Snapless does have a slight
learning curve involved. I will try to explain as clearly as I can how
to use this diaper but if
you are confused or having issues getting a good snug fit please don't
hesitate to email me at PunkinDoodlesDiapers@hotmail.com. I
will be more than happy to assist you! With proper instructions and a
little practice, you WILL get a great snug fitting diaper on your
child! 1) Start by snapping in the appropriate number of soaker/doubler combos.2)
You then place the diaper under the baby with the back of the diaper
being even with the belly button or slightly above. Then pull the
front of the diaper up and stretch then fold the front down to the
desired rise and wrap the inner wings around your childs waist. (If
you are having issues with the soaker or doublers sticking out the
front, try snapping them in the back set of snaps on the body of the
diaper.)3) THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEPAfter adjusting
the rise you then need to pull the first wing UP and then IN pulling
VERY TIGHTLY especially if you are pinning. But don't worry, this will
give some once pinned/snappi'd so don't be concerned about it being too
tight on your child. Repeat this step with the other wing making sure
you pull VERY TIGHTLY. *If using the Simply Snap version simply pull the diaper into a snug position and snap in place.4) Check the leg area and waist to
make sure you have no gapping issues. If you notice any gaps, redo the
whole process starting with step 2. You need to make sure you pull and
stretch the front upwards before you fold over as this will help keep
everything inside the diaper snug and will acheive a trim fit. 5)
Once you have no gaps you can then snappi or pin in place. Once the
closures are on you should have a nice snug fit that isn't too tight or
too loose. Like I mentioned before it may take some practice
to get used to it but soon you will be doing it with ease and speed.
If you are using pins, be sure and pin them vertically and not
horizontally. This will prevent the diaper from becoming loose.
For our Simply Snap diapers, the process is a bit easier. Simply snap down the rise snaps to the preferred rise and put on baby as normal. The diaper is made to be able to stretch the wings to get a snug yet comfortable fit.
**Please note...if the snap down rise looks as though there is a lot of "tension" on it and about to come unsnapped it means it's time to take a step up to the next larger setting.
*Please
note: if you do not have a snug fit, the diaper may leak. A majority
of the time it does not if the fit is correct on your child. Please be
sure and double check measurements and adjust accordingly to ensure
little to no leakage occurs.**Fitteds do require a separate
waterproof cover such as wool, fleece or PUL although these diapers can be worn
for an extended period of time with no cover on for those who prefer to
go coverless.
