Store Info - Please Read Before Buying!
Thank you for coming by our store here on Hyena cart! Please make sure you read through these policies before ordering.
PAYMENT:
Paypal is preferred. If you'd rather pay by check or money order, just email me...I am typically happy to accommodate. I also accept RME.
SHIPPING TIME:
I usually ship in less than 24 hours except on Sundays and holidays. Some days / times your package may take up to 48 hours to ship.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
If you would like to buy more than one item, please email me with the items you'd like and your zip. I will pack & weigh and send you a combined shipping invoice via paypal. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination. Charging $1 or $2 for each additional item doesn't make sense to me when an additional light item can sometimes ship for only 20 cents more.
PACKAGING:
I almost always use recycled envelopes or mailers on anything mailed first class. I use priority packaging for priority packages. I do not use unnecessary packaging (bags, paper, ribbons, tape, etc). Not only do these things cause the package to weigh more, costing you more in shipping but they are not always environmentally friendly.
ITEM CONDITION:
All of the items in this store are deemed previously owned and worn unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that nothing is stated to be in perfect condition and therefore priced accordingly. Items may or may not be washed or dry cleaned before shipment. Be prepared to wash or dry clean and press before use. Items are stored in SMOKE-FREE but cat friendly home.
MEASUREMENTS:
Do not rely on tag size only...always check measurements for a proper
fit!
I measure items laying flat. On tops the Shoulder to hem is just
that - from the shoulder seam to the hemline where the item would sit
at the hip/waist. Chest is underarm to underarm and usually have a
little more give to them than noted. Sleeve measurements are from the
seam at the shoulder to the cuff. On pants the waist is the measurement
across the top of the pants while they lay flat. Inseam is the crotch
seam to the cuff. Rise is taken in front and back from the crotch seam
to the top of the pants. All measurements are taken using a seamstress'
measuring tape that I bought at a fabric store. If you have any
questions about the measurements of an item or anything else, just ask!
