Pricing & Policies
CUSTOMS
There will be a nonrefundable deposit your custom, the remainder of the balance is due before I cast-on your custom. The final price of your woollies includes First
Class USPS Shipping to you & delivery confirmation, but I recommend
adding insurance. If you choose priority shipping, insurance is
included at no extra charge. I'm only accepting customs for shorties and longies. My normal turnaround time is
approximately 10-14 business days, but that may vary due to unforeseen
circumstances and may take more or less time.
I
am a licensed knitter for Sheepy Pants, and I will
maintain contact with you via email along with pictures of
the work in progress. I will also mail back
your unused yarn should any remain unless you allow me to keep it :)

Adding additional length to inseam is $2/inch.
Hats begin at $17 and may be added to your YYMN. I use either a plain hat style or the KBK Ear Cozy hat.DISCLAIMER
** Please note that all yarns are not created equal! I will try my best
to ensure that your custom will not have ugly pooling or color
stacking, but sometimes that is just not possible with certain yarns,
dyeing techniques and size. Self striping is not considered pooling. I
always send work in progress photos and a finished photos, and want to
make sure that you love your wool.Please make sure that your measurements are accurate
as I am not responsible for making the longies an incorrect size if
your measurements are incorrect. If you are unsure how to measure your child, please don't hesitate to ask me for help.

POLICIESAll
items are listed in brand new condition. I'll state whether the item is a
second in the listing. If there is an issue with your item, please do
not hesitate to contact me so we can resolve the issue. Your happiness with your purchase is extremely important to me. :)
- Stalking is completely acceptable! Please note: payment from someone
is expected within 4 hours no matter who the item is intended for.
Items not paid for within that time frame will void the sale. In compliance
with Paypal's protection policies, items will only be shipped to the
address used by the person paying. If you are paying for someone else, please edit your payment to reflect the correct shipping address. I am happy to accept an email from the successful stalker that states the intended buyer and can invoice them as well.
- I
ship within 24 hours of receiving payment for instock items unless it is a weekend or holiday. I strongly
suggest putting insurance on your item as I am not responsible for
damaged, lost or stolen items.
- If
you are in need of shipping to an APO, Canada or overseas, please
contact me for a shipping quote (I have to visit a local USPS for an
exact quote) at pjbottoms.on.hc@gmail.com
- RETURNS:
Customs are nonreturnable unless there is a defect in which I'm happy
to repair. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping. Instock items
are returnable within 5 working days for a full refund for unworn items
minus shipping.
All of my items come from a
smoke and pet free home, but we are not allergen free. If you have a
need for your items to be, I can accommodate to the best of my ability.
