These pocket diaper inserts are designed to fit perfectly inside your Marathon pocket diaper, made in multiple sizes to specifically fit each size diaper. OBB inserts work great with other brands of pocket diapers as well!

These hemp or organic cotton inserts are 4-thread serged with durable, strong nylon wooly nylon thread, and are guaranteed to never unravel. These inserts are open in the center, making for quick drying and easy stuffing with no folding required, and the opening makes for the perfect fit to add your booster.

You can choose from the following types of fabrics:

• Hemp French Terry
• Organic Cotton French Terry (bulkier than hemp and less absorbent)

You can also choose your level of absorbency:

• The Marathon: 4 layers of fabric; these are our traditional Marathon inserts that come with every pocket diaper
• The Triathlon: 5 layers of fabric; for your heavier wetter
• The Ultra: 6 layers of fabric; for your extreme wetter

Your insert will reach full absorbency after 8 or so washings.
