~ Naturally Baby Store Policies ~
 

Return Policy:

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase on unwashed and unworn items.
No returns are allowed on customs, seconds, sale or clearance items.
Return shipping to me is responsibility of purchaser unless I made a sizing/fabric/sewing/knitting mistake or item is in need of repair prior to washing.

**Refunds will be the full price you paid minus shipping costs**
 
Fix-it Policy:
 
We offer a 30 day guarantee on elastic and snaps on each of our diapers.
Due to the fact that we cannot regulate how hard each person is on their diapers, we cannot guarantee longer than this.  

 

If a problem is found with snaps or elastic within the 30 day period you may return the diaper for repairs (if possible).
The buyer is responsible for return shipping, but I will pay to ship back to you.
Please be aware that because the diaper is now fully constructed, repairs will be in the form of non-hidden new snaps and repairs of elastic may leave visible marks of repair.
 
Normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect and will not be considered for repairs.

 

Offers only apply to the original owner of our products.  Offer is void if the diaper has been altered or laundered incorrectly.

Custom Orders:
 
Please allow 1-2 weeks for small custom orders. For larger custom orders, please allow 3-4 weeks. More than likely your items will be out within the first couple weeks but the extra time is for emergencies, sickness, etc...
I strive to keep my customers updated on their customs status, but please feel free to contact me if you would like to check in.
 
Custom deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions.

Drop Ship items:

Monkey Doodlez products (MD diapers, wonderwash, pail liners, wetbags, etc) are ordered directly from the manufacturer and shipped straight to you from there. Monkey Doodlez has always been prompt at shipping items but I am not responsible for any delays in shipping. Also if you purchase a MD item and handmade items aas well, there will be two seperate shipping charges because there will be two seperate packages.
 
Lunapad and DivaCup products are ordered directly from the manufacturer as well, but will ship to me first, then I will ship out to you. Lunapad/DivaCups have always shipped promptly without delay, but if a delay occurs you will be notified right away. Please allow up to 1 week of extra shipping time due to this setup. 
 
 
~ Payment Policies & Information ~

 
Payment Policy:
 
Regular items: Payment is due within 6 hours of placing your order.  
Auctions/Lotteries: Payment is due within 24 hours of lottery/auction end.
FREE & FFS Lotteries: Must be claimed with 72 hours of lottery end or item will be forefitted & redrawn.

After this time, items will be restocked.  If no contact is made within the specified time frame, you will be flagged as a non-payer and reported to Hyenacart administrators for account suspension review.

PayPal:

Due to increasing fraud scams among the Hyenacart WAHM community, we will only ship to the address listed with your paypal payment. Arrangements will NOT be made to ship to another location.
If this is a gift you will need to forward the items yourself once you receive them.
If you have moved, or will be moving by the time of shipment, please update your address through PayPal BEFORE purchasing. 
 
We accept both funded and credit PayPal. Please note that e-check purchases will not be started/shipped until funding is cleared.

Other Payments:

We do not accept any other forms of payment at this time.
 

~ Shipping Policies & Information ~

 
Shipping Information:

 

Instock orders will be shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). 
Please allow up to 1-4 weeks for custom orders, depending on size.

 

All items are shipped via Canada Post which includes up to $100CDN insurance, if you require a larger amount you need to request this before shipment and you will be billed accordingly. I try to always ship using PayPals shipping service, you will receive a delivery confirmation e-mail through PayPal that includes a tracking link. Sometimes it is not possible to ship through PayPal due to a printer error on my side, or if PayPal is not giving accurate quotes, in this case you will not receive a confirmation, but I would be happy to email you a photo of the shipping receipt upon request.  Please note I am not responsible for your package once it leaves my hands.

 

Shipping Fees:

 

I try and charge as close to actual shipping as possible.  I will automatically refund any extra shipping over $1.50.
If the actual shipping is more than what is listed by more than 1.50, you will be notified and invoiced the extra.

 

 
  
Combined Shipping:
 
I will honor any combined shipping request, as long as you make the request before a shipping label has been printed (within 6hrs of ordering is a good rule of thumb).
Please make and pay for the order as is, then once I get the new combined shipping total you will be refunded for any overage.
 

International Shipping:

If you live outside of Canada and USA please contact me PRIOR to placing your order to get a shipping quote and to make sure I am able to ship to your location.
 

~Shipping Info~

All items are shipped through Canada Post.
I use PayPal shipping to print out shipping labels so please be sure that PayPal has your correct shipping address before purchasing any items.

International Customers:
I will ship almost anywhere. I have shipping prices listed for both Canada and the US. For any other locations please contact me before purchasing and I will let you know what the shipping amount will be.

Insurance and Lost/Damaged Packages
All items include up to $100 insurance automatically from Canada Post, if you require insurance on a larger amount please contact me for pricing.
Once an item leaves my hands I will no longer be responsible for it. If your item does not arrive please contact me with your tracking number (PayPal will email you with it when I print the label) and I will look into it.
If your package has been damaged in the mail please contact your local post office/mail carrier as to how you can proceed with making a claim. (It may help to take a photo of the damage).

Returned Packages
If your package cannot be delivered to you for any reason you will be responsible for any charges and additional shipping fees required to re-ship you your items. If your package returns a second time I will refund you for your order (less any return charges/fees) and consider your address to be non-deliverable.
