Each soaker has been embroidered and enforced with a sewn-in wet-zone doubler. Each monster averages 14,000 stitches!

Payment:

Currently, only accepting Paypal. All payments should be made within 24 hours. If you are unable to make your payment within this time period, please contact me. If no payment or contact has been made after 24 hours, the item or items will be relisted. For Custom orders, the difference should be paid within 24 hours after I contact you that your order is finished. If you are unable to make the final payment within 24 hours, You must contact me and let me know. I will be happy to hold it for you up to a week. Custom orders that are not claimed will be stocked for sale after one week.

Shipping:

 Shipping prices are for U.S. and Canada orders. All other international orders will simply pay the shipping difference, please email me for your total. (Once international orders leave my hands I am not responsible.)

For instock items, I ship within 2-3 business days. For custom orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for completion.  Delivery confirmation is included on all domestic orders. (International orders do not include Delivery Confirmation.) Insurance is extra and is recommended, once a package has left my hands I am not responsible.

Return Policy:

In order to provide excellent customer service, we may take returns based on our own discretion. Items must not be washed or worn. We do replace defective merchandise, this does not include typical wear and tear.  There are no replacements for seconds. Please contact us if there is an issue, we try out best to make everyone happy! 

Suggested Care:

For fleece, turn inside out. Machine wash warm, delicate cycle. Tumble dry low. (We suggest washing fleece items with regular laundry.)

For shirts, turn inside out and wash. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low. Warm iron, do not iron directly on the embroidery, we suggest layering with a thin cloth.

For Monster Fluffies, wash in cold on gentle cycle. Hang dry or fluff cycle. DO NOT USE HEAT.
