Store PoliciesHello:) My name is Paully. I really want you to be happy with your purchases and diapering in general. I am always happy to help. Here is some info so that you know what to expect from me:
Shipping: I ship world wide. I charge actual shipping for internaional orders, but will discount your shipping costs by $5 if your purchase exceeds $100.
Shipping for USA is currently set for one item only--so if you buy more there is no additional shipping;)
I ship within 2 business days of order/payment received. I ship usps nearly always. You should get a shipment confirmation unless you live internationally. I am happy to ship priority please ask if you are in another country. If you are in the US, the option is available at check out.
Returns: I take return within 2 weeks of when you receive the item. I would like to be contacted (ideally within one week of receipt) if you would like a return. I am only doing returns for store credit at this time so PLEASE read size charts and purchase wisely. I will do the best I can to get you a diaper you will love in the circumstances of an exchange. I wish that I could be more lenient, but late or large returns are not something my families budget can handle.
Customs: I am not always open for them, but it never hurts to ask. Send me a request for what you are looking for.
