| Payment Policies
| We accept Paypal as well as Revolution Money Exchange (RME). If you are purchasing using RME, please select "other" under payment method and let me know in the "message to the seller" box the e-mail address the invoice should be sent to.
Payment is expected within 24 hours of order. If payment is not received in this time frame with no communication, item will be re-listed. |
Shipping Policies
| In stock items will ship within 3-5 business days of cleared payment (usually sooner).
The Little Stinker Store ships First Class worldwide through the USPS. Delivery confirmation is included in the price of shipping. If you would like a shipping quote for Priority, please email us at Jamie@littlestinkerstore.com.
I am not responsible for the package once it has left my hands, so please consider purchasing insurance.
If shipping is overpaid due to an error on my part or site error, you will be refunded the difference. |
Refunds and Exchanges | | My number one priority is for the customer to be satisfied! If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, let me know. Items will be accepted for exchange or refund if they are in new condition AND it is within 14 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, as well as shipping charges of the new item. Buyers remorse is not an acceptable reason for return. You MUST contact us via email at returns@littlestinkerstore.com before you send an item back or you will not receive a refund. |
Additional Policies and FAQs | Feedback - I leave feedback as soon as payment is received. I would greatly appreciate if you could do the same once you receive your product.
Custom Orders - I LOVE doing custom work. I'm always up for a challenge, so if you have an idea of a boutique accessory you would like for yourself or your daughter and you don't see it in my shop.... just ask! I would love to create it for you!
