Warranty

• All items come with a 90 day limited warranty from date of purchase, original purchaser only. Warranty does not cover excessive wear and tear.
  
  

Returns

• Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days from purchase date by original purchaser.
  
  
• Item must be unwashed and unused.
  
  
• Shipping will not be refunded unless product is defective.
  
  

Shipping

• In-stock items are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase.
  
  
• Custom orders are completed and shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase.
  
  
• Purchasing shipping with insurance is highly recommended. However, letter mail is available for individual items. If insurance is not purchased, Little Green Viking is not responsible for items once shipped.
  
  

Payment

• All prices are in CND funds.
  
  
• Custom orders must be paid in full before sewing will start.
  
  

Customer Service

• E-mail will be answered as quickly as possible, but please allow 24 hours for a response. If you have not heard back from me within that time, please re-send your e-mail as sometimes e-mails do get lost.
