Woven Cotton and Cotton Blends, Ginghams, Baby Cord, Broadcloth, Calico, Pique, Poplin, Seersucker, Sateen, Eyelet, Linen and Linen Blends, and Embroidered Fabrics. Additional Fabric may be needed to match stripes, plaids or one way designs. To insure proper sizing pre-shrunk fabric is recommended. If shrinking occurs, a slightly smaller garment will result. For Views A-C: 0-3, 3-6 months: 1/2 yd. Outer, 1/2 yd. Lining. 6-9, 9-12, 12-18, 18-24 months: 2/3 yd. Outer, 2/3 yd. Lining. 2t-3t, 3t-4t: 3/4 yd. Outer, 3/4 yd. Lining. 4t-5t: 7/8 yd. Outer, 7/8 yd. Lining. For View D: Since this option is not reversible, half of the amount of true lining material can be used.
Notions Recommended:
Scissors, polyester or cotton thread (match fiber content of fabric), marking pen, straight pins, universal machine needle, hand needle. Closures consisting of snaps or buttons (one for each shoulder). Machines and Methods:
The Gemini Jumper can be sewn entirely on a regular sewing machine, or with a serger, instructions for both are included.
