Your business is very important to me and I want you to be happy with every item you purchase. Your purchases are under a warranty for 30 days after you've received them. You can send back the item after contacting me about the problem and working out with me how to fix it. I will fix the item free of charge or issue a refund but you need to cover the shipping to me. Custom knits are not eligible for return unless there is a major workmanship flaw so please be sure to measure your child carefully. I can help you with measuring, just email me! :-)

Please note that there are conditions that may void the warranty on your purchase. I will not honor service requests or refunds on knitted items that have not been washed properly. This will make the warranty null and void. I will send care instructions along with your purchase so that this event can be avoided!

A note about scented wool care products: We strongly discourage the use of scented wool care products because dye can bleed when scented products are applied. For this reason, we do not accept returns on yarns that have bled due to the use of scented products.

The color you see on your monitor may not always be the exact color I see on mine, though I try my best to be accurate. Your hand dyed yarns may or may not match exactly to a colorway listed in my gallery photos. All my photos are taken in natural lighting and I do my best to take pictures that best represent the colors. Please do realize that I try to match colorways as close as possible but hand dyeing is not an exact science and colors rarely match perfectly.  That is the beauty of a hand dyed skein of yarn.  I cannot take garments or yarn as a return for slight color differences that you may see between my gallery/listing photos and real life.

Custom Yarn:

If you have a specific color of yarn in mind I will gladly try to come up with something you're looking for! I require a $10 deposit and will invoice the balance due, along with pictures. After the balance is paid in full I will mail your yarn to you.

If buying a YYMN slot, please try to have the yarn mailed to me within 10 business days of the purchase of this slot. If that does not occur and there is no communication keeping me posted about delays, I will assume there is no further interest in the project and the slot will then be re-stocked. However, please keep in mind that your $10 deposit is non-refundable. I use the Adorabubble Baby Britches pattern for Longies and Shorties and the Over the Moon pattern for soakers and skirties. I can also use the Belladonna pattern if you prefer.
