A Little Info About Me:
Jana B Designs was started out of the love of sewing, machine
embroidery, painting and designing. I have been sewing since I was 7 at
my Mother and Grandmothers' knees. Each of them with their own style
and unique way of doing things. I learned how to stretch my imagination
and learned I could make or do anything I set my mind to. My Mama and
Mam-ma have each passed and are sorely missed, but they live on in what
I do creatively each day. I have purchased a "Direct To Garment"
machine that is so fascinating. Any picture (yours included) or a
design I make in Adobe Illustrator, I can print on a t-shirt, polo or
denim shirt, tote bag, towel or even wood. It is endless what the
possibilities are.
Warranty and Return Policy:
I
warrant all workmanship of everything I sell. I want you to be 100%
satisfied. Whether it is a manufactured defect or something I did, I
will stand behind it. No returns on customized items though unless I
make the mistake with the customization. If there is a defect in a
customized item I will make a new one for you. If you have any
questions about an item, please ask questions before ordering. I will
be happy to work with you anyway I can to help. If you have any
suggestions, please pass them along, as I'm always looking for new
ideas.
