These nursing pads are two layers of bamboo fleece,
and a top layer of raw tussah silk.

If you'd like your silk nursing pads to be waterproof,

we suggest adding a pair of milk.stops to your order.

Raw Tussah Silk is wild crafted, and is both organic and suitable for vegetarians.
Tussah silk worms live naturally in tropical forests.
Their silk is gathered after the moth emerges.
Tussah is generally stronger and more resilient than cultivated "white" silk.
