Tea Blends ListThis list is partial as I make what I am inspired to make. Please read actual listings for
current info. This is for general info.
All tea sold here is measured by volume and not weight.. Most use tea by volume to make a cup. 1 oz of whole loose leaf Chai and 1 oz of Triple Mint would be a very different bag of tea if done via weight. Chai weighs much more than Triple Mint.
Heat Sealed bags are approx 4-5 oz by volume. (why approx? Well each container of tea has its own measuring cup, but instead of 'slicing' the overflow on top I just fill. So you should never have less, but you pretty much always will have more than 4oz. Could I make it perfect? Yes, but who minds getting a bit extra?
Tins when available will be 6oz by volume.
I do not claim cup amounts usually as we all having differing tastes/needs & brewing methods.
Twisted Jasmine:
This delightful new blend is a precise mix of Young Hyson (a unique twisted leaf green tea)
and organic jasmine.
Chamomile Citrus:
A bright and relaxing blend of whole organic Chamomile, hibiscus flowers, orange peel,
and natural flavoring.
Ginger Lemon Cooler:
Organic ginger root, lemon peel, lemon verbena, peppermint, lemon balm, spearmint,
& lemongrass.
Harvest Moon Chai:
Black Tea, cinnamon, natural cocoa, ginger, roasted carob powder, chickory root,
ground cloves, nutmeg, black pepper, star anise, & cardamon.

Supply & Demand:
Made with a special blend of: Organic Fenugreek -(Trigonella foenum-graecum)
that directly works on the glands of the breast to stimulate and/or help with milk
flow. Fenugreek is a spice that’s good for diabetic mothers as it also has a blood
sugar regulating effect.
Fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgare) are also added as a good influence on the actual
quantity of milk and fat content. It is also said to help ease colic and flatulence..
and stimulate the digestion process and appetite.
Last but not least I have added a touch of Peppermint leaf to give it a wonderful
tummy pleasing effect.

SerengeTea:
Organic honeybush, rose hips, lemongrass, eucalyptus, hibiscus, lemon myrtles,
safflower, orange, and calendula petals.
Faerie Berrie Tisane:
