Most women can wear these pads for about the same amount of time as a disposable without fear of leaking. The flannel pulls moisture into the core, so you stay dry.

If you are new to cloth pads, here's some things you may want to know:

• Our cloth pads are easy to care for. Soak your used pads in cold water till wash day, then toss them in the washer (water and all!). Wash on cold with gentle detergent, then line-dry or tumble-dry on low. That's it! Your pads will last a very long time when cared for properly.
• You will save money using our cloth pads. On average, disposable pads cost $.23 per use. Our cloth pads cost $.01 per use. That's right; one penny per use! Also, when you factor in all the time & gas you will save on extra trips to the store to buy disposable pads, our pads are even more economical.
• These pads are comfy! Until you wear them, you won't understand just how much more comfortable our pads are than disposables. Our pads mold to your own unique contours, so you stay more comfortable. Plus, there's no sticky tape in sensitive places (ouch!), and no crinkly paper sound when you walk.
• Our reusable pads are gentle on the environment. Even when you factor in the energy & resources used in cleaning, cloth pads are still more gentle on Mother Earth than their throw-away counterparts. No more wads of dirty, used pads clogging up our sewers and filling up our landfills!
• Cloth pads are better for you. Many women find they experience less cramping, lighter flow and shorter cycles with cloth pads. Also, by using cloth pads, you won't be exposing yourself to all the harsh chemicals and bleaching agents used in the most disposables.
