Policies
Payment: Payment
must be made within 24 hours of purchase, or I will relist the item. I
am only accepting PayPal at this time, and will only ship to the
address connected to the PayPal account used to make the payment.
Stocking: Stockings will be announced at least a week prior. Stalking: Stalking
is allowed, however payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase. I
will only ship to the address connected to the PayPal account used to
make the payment, no exceptions.
Shipping within the US: I
will give the option of either first class or priority shipping.
Delivery confirmation is included with each order. I usually ship within 24 hours of purchase (custom orders excluded), and will notify the buyer if this is not possible.
International shipping: I ship via First Class International. Please contact me if you would like your package shipped via Priority. Insurance: Insurance is strongly recommended as I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen mail.
Returns & Exchanges: Returns
are accepted for unwashed/unused faulty items (as long as the faults
were not mentioned in the listing). Exchanges are accepted if I sent
you the wrong size, type or color of items (I am human, humans make
mistakes!). Customer MUST contact me within five business days if a
return or exchange is requested. Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted if the item was used or washed, or if the item was ruined due to incorrect use or washings. Guarantee: Green
Ella Bean items are guaranteed against unraveled threads and/or fraying
for up to 30 days from time of purchase. Please contact me immediately
if one or both of these occur, and steps will be taken to repair the
item as quickly as possible.
