We accept credit cards, funded and e-checks through PayPal. If you pay with e-check, there is a waiting period until the e-check clears. I will not start designing anything until the e-check clears.

Shipping:

Shipping is always free because everything is done digitally and there are no shipping charges.

Privacy:

For web design I will need access to your control panel of your website. All information is kept 100% private and Gaea Graphics will NEVER share this information with a third party, nor use this information for anything other than building your website for you.

Refunds/Returns:

There are no refunds or returns for any service rendered by Gaea Graphics. I strive to make sure that the customer is 100% happy, but because of the nature of the service offered, I am unable to refund.

Graphics Copyright:

Gaea Graphics retains all copyrights on all graphics. You are purchasing a license to use those graphics on your website. No cutting, coloring, adding, subtracting or font changes may be made to the graphics without my express permission. I retain the right to use the graphics in any way that I need on my site. I will never sell an exclusive or custom made design except to the original purchaser. Any designs that are NOT exclusive or custom may be sold more than once by me on my site.

Web Design Copyright:

I retain all rights to all web design codes that I have created for your site. Going in chopping up parts of my code and using them for other sites or having another web designer do so and then giving them credit for the design is not allowable. I've spent time developing the designs to be as they are. The code I wrote is just as much copyrighted as the images I create.
