Size Small - fits 18 month to 3T, and is short enough for unhindered crawling

Size Large - fits 4T to 6X, and larger if capri-length pants are acceptable

Pattern calls for buttonhole waistband elastic, oval elastic cord, a large-hole bead, and a barrel-type cordlock (although you may opt to simplify things and use standard waistband & 1/4" elastics for a non-adjustable option).
