HUGE UPDATE ON ME:9/18 John had his first surgery today and it doesn't look good at all, they did a quick slide in the OR while he was still under and we now know that it is malignant and also the severe abnormal cellular structure, both the surgon and the pathologist came and spoke with me and they both said they were VERY concerned. We will have the pathology back hopefully by Tuesday and they can tell us exactly what we are dealing with and where to go from here. The surgery was long, twice as long as they expected and he has a nasty 3-4" incision right above his collar bone. Shipping is still delayed right now, I have had so many orders, and i thank you for supporting us right now, I am shooting to have shipping pretty much caught up by the 25th.

John's First surgery is scheduled for Thursday 9/17 at 8:30am I will be slow with emails for a few days ladies.

About Us

KATIE

Hi! My name is Katie and I am the proud mother of 3 amazing kids! My oldest is Mackayla she is 4 years old and then my twins J.R. and Ellie are 23 months old. Mackayla was diagnosed as having a mitochondrial disorder when she was 10 months old, so she is our special needs, miracle child! Most of whatI make from having this hyena cart goes to help pay off Mackayla and John's outragous medical bills. We owe approx. 12,000 in past medical bills for Mackayla alone. We are up to about 23,500 for John's transplant and chemo so far. We may end up filing bankupt at some point but I am trying my hardest to keep that from happening! Being a stay at home mama is hard finacially for us, but I just cannot work outside of the home at this point in time, it is finacially impossible to have 3 kids in daycare my husband just does not bring in that much money

I have been married for 5 years to my wonderful husband John. On December 23rd 2005 when our twins were only 4 months old, John was diagnosed with late stage 3 Hodgekins Lymphoma. John is currently back home now, the bone marrow transplants went well so far and he is doing well. I will keep you all updasted on his progress.

Please keep our family in your prayers as we deal with what is to come in our future.

JILL

Hi I'm Jill and I am a wool-a-holic! I got into the wool world when I learned to knit for my daughter. I wanted to dress her in cute knit woolies but just couldn't afford the gorgeous options there were out there in wool land. So I learned to dye from Katie and here are now as a team!

I have been married to my best friend, Robert, since September 2005. We live a simple but fulfilled life in Lilburn, GA. Our daughter, Abigail Grace, joined us 10 weeks early in November 2007. She is our pride and joy miracle baby and makes our lives VERY interesting! We are currently hoping for our second miracle child!

I am a stay-at-home mom by choice. Someday I would love to become a doula or midwife. But for right now, my place is in my home caring for my family. And I wouldn't have it any other way!
