How long will my order take to complete?
*Depending on the size of order you place and whether I have all the requested fabric combinations instock or not, your order will take approximately two-three weeks from payment to complete.
Ready to ship diapers will ship with the following day's mail.
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
We ship all our parcels with Canada Post. Depending on where you are in the world, shipping will take anywhere between 4 and 10 days.
Will you send me a tracking #?
If your order is shipped via Expedited (more than 8 items) you will receive a tracking number. Insurance costs 1.25cdn/ extra $100 of insurance (base insurance is $100) and is optional. I do recommend it, though I've only had one small parcel go missing in 7 years of business. I will invoice for shipping insurance separately once the parcel is ready to go.
