Policies
I know the fine print is never fun, but it needs to be said. My items are all handmade and I try my hardest that everything is perfect. Knowing that I am human, I do have some policies in place. If you have any problems, please email me right away. My goal is to make you happy.
Customs: Orders are to be finalized within 7 days. I try to have custom orders completed within 2 weeks unless otherwise discussed in our communications. Custom orders must be prepaid and are non-refundable. If you would like fabric that I currently do not offer, please ask. Depending on the print I may be willing to work with you. For my current customs list please visit my blog. Payment: Payment is expected within 6 hours for in-stock items, and 24 hours for lottos and auctions. I accept PayPal (both funded and credit card) and Credit Cards (through PayPal). My credit card paypal address is Merrilee @ DilleyDally.com (no spaces) and my funded paypal address is Merrilee.Dilley @ gmail.com (no spaces).
Shipping: In-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Items under 13oz ship USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation unless requested otherwise. Insurance is optional but highly recommended; once packages are in the hands of USPS I am not liable for any damage or loss. I only ship to verified PayPal shipping addresses that is on the receipt. I will combine shipping on multiple items, and may refund partial shipping if shipping has been overpaid. Alternately, I reserve the right to request additional shipping up to actual shipping costs on large or international orders.
Returns: I must be contacted before items are returned. I allow up to 14 days from the date of delivery on unused, unwashed items. Shipping will not be refunded unless the item is defective. I do not accept returns on washed, used, secondhand, or seconds items. Customs will only be returned if defective.
Warranty: I will repair or replace defective items within 90 days for the original purchaser. I will pay for the shipping, and do my best to make the item right. I do not cover regular wear and tear or any “act of child.” Like always, my goal is to make you happy, so if you have any concerns, please email me.
