PoliciesSales Tax: Washington State residents will have sales tax added to their order.
Instock Orders: Instock orders will be mailed within 48 hours of receiving payment. Orders that are placed but not paid for within 24 hours, will be cancelled and returned to inventory.
Custom Orders: Feel free to email me with help if you need it. Please note your fabric selections along with alternatives in the comments section of the order, or send me an email. If there is a fabric you are looking for, but don't see it offered, please let me know as I may have it. Turn around time is 2-3 weeks.
Policies: We want our customers satisfied with their purchases! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it, so we can work out a solution. We try to describe the products to the best of our ability. Items that have been washed, dyed, or used are not eligible for return.
Shipping: We ship using USPS with delivery confirmation and Fedex for larger packages within the US. Please make sure your mailing address is correct on your Paypal account, as that is the information we use when shipping.
International Orders: We recommend that you send an email with the products you want to order for a shipping quote, before you actually order. International shipping rates are expensive, and are dependant upon the weight of the order. On the customs form we mark merchandise and the correct value. Any customs or duty placed are the responsibility of the customer and are not including in the shipping price. |
