Country Cuttin's sidesnap PUL covers are made with a cute knit or cotton outer fabric, with an underlayer of PUL, that prevents wetness from going thru.

They have gentle foldover elastic at the waist and legs and several snap settings for great adjustability. Machine wash/ tumble dry.

This size small PUL cover has a cute cotton knit print with a layer of PUL

Small covers fit approximately 9-16 lbs, with a rise of 16.5".
